Council Family Picnic
The weather didn't cooperate, and so it was held indoors. However, the little kids did have fun playing outside on the playground equipment loaned from the Holy Spirit Attic Shop. Some of the older kids and adults had fun with the Cake walk. Everyone enjoyed the food and the camaraderie. We want to thank Steve Soika, Rick and Joan Fugaro, Jim Braun, and Bill Morrell for their help as well as our Abbie for running the cake walk.Matt & Ashley Woodall
Clergy Appreciation Dinner
Clergy and Religious Night was a huge success thanks to all who helped with tickets, cooking, cleaning, tear down, set up, decorating, bartending, wait staff, and those who attended. A special thanks to Ed Tokarski for being our Emcee, Jack Ehrig for heading up the cooking staff, Nicole Cassidy for heading up the wait staff and Donna Moquin & Donna Locke for decorating.Bruce Moquin
60th Annual Florida State Golf Tournament
The Annual Florida State Golf Tournament was a huge success, thanks to all the people who were part of it. I can't begin to thank everyone enough. I want to thank the Council for hosting the event and making it a success. A detailed report and thank you list will be in next months bulletin.Vern Kessler
I want to thank the guys and gals for their support of our Council's State Golf Tournament. People came together to make sure this event was another Great Success. Kitchen Help included; Jack Ehrig, Mitch Baker, Steve Soika, Mike Summerfield, Tom Norton, Rick Therriault, Bruce and Mathew Moquin, Matt Woodall, Paul Abate, and Gordon Chandler. Help with serving and hall decorations; Marsha Therriault, Ashley Woodall, Mario and Joann Vento, Clay and Donna Locke, Matt Horner, Tom Christiano, And a few others, that Vern has the names. Also, the people who helped at the course. And the Scouts for setting up the hall for Bingo. God Bless you ALL .

34th Annual Charity Ball
The 34th Annual Charity Ball was a great success. We want to thank all who helped tear down the hall,cleaned and waxed the floor, and set up and decorated for the ball. We want to thank all who helped sell ads, boosters, and Tickets. Please patronize our advertisers and tell them you saw their ad in our program booklet. We want to thank our great cooks and kitchen Crew Paul Abate, Jack & Jackson Ehrig, Chris Cassidy, Steve Soika, Mike Summerfield, Juan Riquelme, Bruce & Matthew Moquin, Gordon Chandler, Val Jasinski and Tom Norton. We want to thank the wait staff, Nicole Cassidy and all the JROTC young adults. We want to thank Mike Olka, Eugene Quintinita, and all the Scouts and Scouters who helped set up for Bingo on Sunday after the ball. We would like to thank everyone for attending the Council Picnic on April 11th, the weather was nice as was the company. A special thanks to everyone who came down and helped us get set up and cook the meal: Clay & Donna Locke, Bruce & Donna Moquin, Steve Soika, Matt & Ashley Woodall, Mario & Joanne Vento, and the kids of the Knight's families. The leftover burgers, hot dogs, pulled pork, and cake were donated to the Bingo Kitchen, where they will be sold to support the Council and the Charities that we support.Chris & Nicole Cassidy
St. Patty's Day Dance
The St Patrick's Day dinner dance was a great success. I want to thank all those that helped sell tickets, tear down and set up the hall, cooked, cleaned, attended or helped in any way that made the event a success. Run for Life
I want to thank Paul Abate, Jack Ehrig, Steve Soika, Mike Olka, Chris Chmley, and Faith & Destiny Woodall. I want to thank the Boys and Scouters of our Scout Troop 481. I thank everyone who set up, cleaned up, brought deserts to share. We did not do as good as last year, but everyone seemed to enjoy it more, not being crowded and we did have competition with so many other events going on. $1,420 turned over to Chuck Roessner for the 27th year of the Run-for-Life.Jim Voor
I want to Thank Jack Ehrig and Steve Soika for coming in to help in the kitchen for the Annual Run for Life Spaghetti Dinner. And Chris Chmley for working the bar.It was a Great Success as always. 35th Annual Charity Ball
The 35th Annual Charity Ball is Saturday September 24th, 2016. We will feature Prime Rib or Half of Roast Chicken dinner for $30 per person with music for dancing by Three's Company. Tables of 8 may be reserved with paid tickets. All proceeds go to Hospice of St Francis, B.E.T.A., North Brevard Sharing Center, Overcomers of Brevard and the Church’s food banks. Friday Night Social
Every Friday of every month throughout the year; other than Potluck Supper nights, the bar is open from 7 PM till 10 PM (or so) at the council hall. So join your Brother Knights and their Ladies for drinks, pool, darts, or Pokeno (card game). Remember we do have a guest book so non-members welcome. So come on down for a good night at great prices!Nocturnal Adorations
- St. Teresa, Titusville - Every 1st Friday of the month from 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Holy Spirit, Mims - Every Tuesday after 8 AM Mass until Wednesday 7 PM.
